STRADELLA RESIDENCE
The client consists of a family of 3, which includes a 10 year old daughter. The father is an engineer, while the mother works as an interior architect designer. The client has a vision to construct a new residence adjacent to their current home located in the Bel Air. The primary structure is planned to encompass roughly 6,000 square feet, with an additional accessory dwelling unit (ADU) house as part of the project. The ADU will be an interior design studio, crafted for inspiration and collaboration. It is designed to cater to both clients and interior design team. It consists of material library, client meeting area, employee area, kitchen, and dining, and one bathroom
The vision for these spaces is to create an inviting, cozy, and seamlessly integrated environment. Having a modern design that is not only contemporary but also timeless, drawing inspiration from the elegance and sophistication of European architecture and design, while incorporating biophilic design elements to the interior space.
